In the previous article, on this blog we have been reviewed about the importance of strengths-based approach for orientation in knitting and carpet spread success. That’s an approach that always reminds us to focus on positive strengths and success factors that have been there. Instead of throwing too much energy on the search for root causes of problems, this approach invites us to track the root cause of success.
Approach to the positive forces is often known as the Appreciative Inquiry. This approach was developed in the 90′s by Uncle David Cooperider, this approach would encourage us to always build an appreciation (not complaining) over the forces that already exist within ourselves on personal and organizational levels.
In the appreciative inquiry approach was known as the four phases of the Secret Way to the Joy of Success: the phase of Discover, Dream, Deliver and Destiny. In this article, we will discuss these four phases.
The first phase of appreciative inquiry is to discover: This phase is an effort to find a feature positive forces that already exist within us (ourselves this can be either a private individual or an organization). Because of it is better if you occasionally do phase or process to find these positive elements within yourself.
The next phase of appreciative inquiry approach is: dream. Dream what you want to be established in the future. What a beautiful goal that we wish to expand it in the expanse of the future of life.
After the dream, the next phase is to deliver. Because if you just dreaming, everything will just cease to be a mirage.
The final phase is Destiny, or a destination where we have achieved one goal after another. The next course, the dream that has gained will continue to be developed into new dreams are more exciting, and more exciting. There mapped a “never ending journey” to achieve sustainable success trail.
Discover, Dream, Deliver, Destiny, hopefully these four phases will take us immersed in the rituals of success filled with songs of joy.
