Facebook is the bigger social network, getting ready for next year’s initial public stock supply, especially from Facebook IPO shares.
But it appears that investors should be forced to wait until 2012 to induce the shares of Facebook. If not, the investor must have the courage to go shopping for stocks $100 billion firm Zuckerberg SharesPost.com or SecondMarket.com. Why investors must wait nine months for the company’s stock trades on the social network recently suicidally high value/sales ratio?
An official registration for the IPO has not been fixed up, and still everyone is talking about Facebook IPO as if it were a particular problem. No one in the company can say anything other than Facebook’s official stance on the problem, in speculation regarding the IPO spokesman Larry Yu said that they would not participate.
So while no notes of the alleged IPO target for spring 2012, as well as documentation showing the set-up is underway, we had a hard time calling this other than rumors. People have a hard time fathoming trajectory that passes through the expansion of the public market, so it can be a rumor that Facebook IPO continues in the search.
