Certificate of degree from the university doesn’t guaranty people that they already finished their main responsibility. We still need to look for job actually or, we can create it! The basic steps of training for entrepreneurship
The beginning in training for entrepreneurship is that we have to know the basic idea about entrepreneur itself. In Taxonomy Bloom method, we can learn from the bottom idea: remembering, understanding then applying. Right after that we’re going to take the next higher order thinking: analyzing, evaluating then creating. However, the entrepreneur itself has 3 main characters: opportunity creator, innovator and the calculated risk taker. Then the next step is we have to have the training for entrepreneurship.
The higher step in training for entrepreneur
After knowing the basic now let’s move into a higher step. We need to be creative, so we should have the creative learning process. Then the training for entrepreneur should give us the skill of understanding. By this skill, we can explore what consumer wants then we could plane to create the products. After finish the plan, then it comes the time for producing. By the training for entrepreneurship we could learn more about how to be good in marketing and communicating.
There is a mindset that needs to be built in every person. That is the mindset about entrepreneur. In training for entrepreneur we know that there are two orientations in entrepreneur, the first is market oriented and second is product oriented. Also this training educate us to have creativity, because entrepreneur needs creativity, invention needs creativity then creativity is the way to find opportunities.
